Expectant mother parking spaces

I feel that there are far to many "disabled persons" and "expectant mothers" parking spaces. I would even go as far as to say they are not neccessary, well, the expectant mothers one anyway. Everyone knows what I'm talking about because it's happened to all of us: you drive around for ten or twenty minutes at a time just trying to find a decent parking space, then all of a sudden you see an opening! But wait! What does that sign say? "Expectant Mothers Only"? Surely this must be a mistake. I mean, women all around he world have been walking much greater distances than fifty metres while pregnant since the beggining of humans on earth and they seemed fine. "But Seth" you say, "A pregnant woman and the baby inside are very delicate and by reducing the distance between their parking space and the store, we reduce the risk of said woman falling or injuring herself. And shouldn't we be commending the stores for looking out for the pregnant woman's best intersest?" Actually no, sure, these stores have a problem with pregnant woman walking a distance to their store, however they have no problem with letting them wander around for hours in their crowded stores bumping shoulders everytime they pass by someone... HEY!!1!one! wait a second, these stores seem just as dangerous if not more than having to walk from a normal parking space. This proves that these speacial parking spaces are causing more danger rather than preventing it.

Furthermore, if pregnant women had to walk just as far as the rest of us just to get to the store, then maybe they wouldn't bother going at all. These parking spaces encourage pregnant women to go to the stores because they know they will have an easy time finding a parking space. This shows that by having these parking spaces, it is not only causing a potential accident in the parking lot or in the store, but also on the drive to the store.

Below is an image of what I think the special parking spaces should be like..

Okay, yeah, a bit messy but you get the picture.
